Grade 12 student Amy Ivory, a Special Olympics Track & Field athlete, was recently recognized at a Board meeting for her accomplishments. After winning multiple medals at the Provincial Games, Amy is now preparing to represent Ontario at the National Games next summer. Her coach, YRDSB teacher Alison Rumball, praised Amy for her dedication, positivity and team spirit.
