Last week, Intuit for Education partnered with New York City Public Schools to bring our Financial Literacy Forum to New York!
We brought together nearly 300 high school students for a high-energy event designed to inspire the next generation, equip them with essential real-world financial skills, and challenge them to outdo what they think is possible.
A highlight of the day was hearing from entrepreneur and investor Daymond John, who shared invaluable wisdom with the students. A few students even got the opportunity to shine in our Pitch Showcase, presenting their business ideas directly to Daymond John and David Zasada, Intuit's VP of Corporate Responsibility.
Beyond the main stage, the event brought the Intuit platform to life through four hands-on, interactive breakout sessions. Students dove into exciting activities, engaging games, and real-world challenges designed to build crucial financial confidence and spark future-ready skills.
At Intuit, we are deeply committed to helping everyone achieve financial success, and there is no better place to start than by investing in our youth. The enthusiasm, creativity, and drive these students displayed show that the future of finance is bright!
