Doctolib got 70% of 3,000 employees using AI weekly by treating it like a "national cause." Most companies roll out AI to a few departments and wonder why adoption stalls. Doctolib did the opposite. "We positioned AI transformation as an imperative rather than optional innovation." explains Matthieu Birach, their CPO. The reasoning makes a lot of sense: partial rollouts kill the network effect. When only some teams have AI tools, knowledge sharing dies. When everyone has access, successful agents spread organically across departments. Six months later: 1/ 70% weekly usage across all 3,000 employees 2/ 45% would be "very disappointed" to lose access 3/ 20% built their own agents 4/ Decommissioned old intranet tools after Dust-powered solution proved more effective "Teams are becoming more creative and builder-oriented. Employee engagement is rising as AI adoption energizes them." Treat AI like the cultural shift it is, not a tool deployment! thank you Gabrielle Caille Titouan Aubrun David Roux

Consultants at CMI Strategies used different AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) for similar market research tasks. Each produced different quality outputs, knowledge sharing became impossible, and the firm couldn't build systematic AI capabilities. Enter Dust! CMI Strategies integrated Dust directly into their organizational DNA rather than treating it as an add-on tool. New consultants receive 2 hours of Dust training as part of their standard onboarding program. Today, CMI achieved 95% adoption across all three business verticals with 30+ specialized agents handling recurring analytical work. 1/ Multi-model research analysis that builds sector expertise 2/ Extensive deal documentation and analyst-quality executive summaries that reduced senior consultant time from 5 hours to 2 hours 3/ Commercial proposal automation, reduction from 4-5 hours to 2 hours per proposal ...and many more. "We can now identify patterns impossible to spot manually," explains Principal Bastien Hontebeyrie "when pricing concerns shift across years in customer reviews, that tells a strategic story about competitive dynamics that informs our recommendations." Dust is now an integral part of Creative Force’s Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success operations with 93% adoption across all GTM teams! But not every organization reaches this level of adoption with AI. Here’s what Creative Force did differently. Step 1: Treat AI as a change management challenge, not an IT challenge They recognized AI for what it truly is: a fundamental shift in how people work. Instead of assigning it to IT, Creative Force put their People team in charge to lead how AI would reshape the way work is conceived, executed, and experienced. Step 2: Start with business challenges, not technology They began by bringing together a cross-functional group of leaders to identify the biggest operational challenges across teams. Only then did they ask: Which of these problems are truly worth solving? Where could AI make the greatest impact? What changes would drive meaningful improvement in how teams work? Step 3: Connect every AI Solution to operational impact Each rollout was designed with a clear connection between AI and business value. From generating sales materials in real time to automating necessary administrative work to deploying bots that helped new hires ramp up 40% faster, every solution focused on reducing administrative work, eliminating undesirable tasks, and driving measurable improvements in both performance and employee experience. Step 4: Enablement, enablement, enablement Through one-on-one coaching, team-specific workshops, and AI hackathons, employees were constantly shown practical examples of how Dust could simplify, accelerate, and elevate their work. Six months later: 95% of employees reported feeling more capable using AI than before. Because they didn’t just hear about AI. They saw it work. Start with people, not technology. Solve real problems, not theoretical ones. Show value, don't explain it. Aaron Horwath, Creative Force's Director of AI Operations, shares the behind-the-scenes story of their transformation journey in this detailed article (link in the comment)
