What an inspiring week at PMI Global Summit 2025 in Arizona! From the evolution of the PMP® exam and the release of the PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition to major advancements in PMIxAI, this year’s Summit set the stage for a transformative year ahead. A highlight for our team was connecting with—and spotlighting—our Authorized Training Partner (ATP) community throughout the week: onstage, in the exhibit hall, and during countless networking moments. We closed the week by celebrating our training partners and the ATP Program’s 5-year anniversary at our annual community dinner. The evening underscored how far this network has come: 1,090+ ATPs supporting learners in 110+ countries and 10 languages. PMI Board Director Lynn Shannon also spotlighted key achievements from this year, including the ATP Hub, the Education Provider Portal, and the new Access and Foundational tiers expanding opportunities for smaller organizations. PMI President & CEO Pierre Le Manh reaffirmed the central role ATPs play in PMI’s learning ecosystem and the strategy shaping our future. We’re energized by the momentum of this global training community as we continue advancing #PMINext. Updated PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct: What ATPs Should Know. On 10 November, we released an updated PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct to better reflect the realities of modern project work. The new Code is:  - Practical and easy to apply  - Clearer and more accessible  - Relevant to today’s challenges, from sustainability to AI This update is especially relevant for ATPs teaching ethics-related content, as it offers more actionable guidance to help learners navigate ethical decision-making in real situations.
