By default, all Advanced and Advanced Plus Sales Navigator users can add products and services that personalize their Account IQ insights and Message Assist drafts. As an admin, you can choose to restrict users on your account from adding their own products and services. If you stop allowing users to add products and services:
- Admins can still add products and services that are shared across all users on the account.
- Products and services that users previously added won’t be visible. You can restore those products and services at any time by turning on the setting again.
To restrict users from adding products and services:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Admin in the top menu.

Click Admin settings in the top menu.

Click Products and Services on the left pane.

Turn the Allow users to add products toggle off.
