Retail event of 2025 in Copenhagen, we explored how retail can keep pace with what customers expect and how collaboration, data, and technology can help us get there. Today’s shoppers move fluidly between online and offline. They want speed, choice, and experiences that fit into their daily lives. Meeting those expectations starts with understanding real behaviour and turning that understanding into simple, reliable, human experiences.
