Their ULTRA Sensor began as a high school STEM project to help protect their classmates’ safety and privacy, and that mission is still at the heart of what they do. They walked us through how the sensor can pick up vaping, aggression, gunshots, crowding, and loitering, all without capturing personally identifiable information. The best part? Once that information streams into Security Center, it starts to tell a fuller story. Teams can build dashboards that reveal patterns over time and respond quickly in spaces where cameras just aren’t the right fit.
