Our Chicago team recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana! “There’s nothing better than a home-cooked meal when you’re sick or caring for someone who is. Cooking and serving dinner at RMHC was such a meaningful reminder of that. These families spend so many hours in hospitals, and knowing they can come “home” to a warm, comforting meal is so rewarding. I had so much fun cooking alongside some of our other Chicago Swooners and learning from Chef Chris. In this season of Thanksgiving, this was the perfect reminder of how unifying a shared meal can be, and we can’t wait to go back.” – Kirsten Account Manager

Meet one of our newer Swooners: Anna! Based in Chicago, IL, Anna joined our Swoon team this past August as a Senior Manager on our Major Accounts team, where she supports some of our largest and longest-standing client partnerships. Her day-to-day blends virtual and in-person meetings, candidate screenings to uncover top talent, and strategic conversations that help her clients scale their technology, marketing, administrative, and manufacturing teams. When asked what drew her to Swoon, she shared: “Swoon drew me in because it was clear from the start that they have something special. The energy and passion across the company – from leadership to every individual contributor – really stood out. Being part of such a close-knit team that’s committed to delivering for every client has been incredibly inspiring!” And a fun fact? Anna grew up in Miami and can speak fluent Russian! Welcome to the flock, Anna – we’re so excited to have you on the team!

Spend an afternoon volunteering at UMOM New Day Centers in Phoenix, AZ, with some of our Arizona sales team members! “This organization’s mission to end family homelessness by restoring hope and rebuilding lives really stood out to me. Seeing all the resources, services, and support UMOM provides (and how focused they are on keeping families together) made the experience especially meaningful. Even something as simple as restocking interview attire and clothing felt like it could make a real difference, and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to help,” Gina, Business Development Manager.
