Meet one of our newer Swooners: Anna! Based in Chicago, IL, Anna joined our Swoon team this past August as a Senior Manager on our Major Accounts team, where she supports some of our largest and longest-standing client partnerships. Her day-to-day blends virtual and in-person meetings, candidate screenings to uncover top talent, and strategic conversations that help her clients scale their technology, marketing, administrative, and manufacturing teams. When asked what drew her to Swoon, she shared: “Swoon drew me in because it was clear from the start that they have something special. The energy and passion across the company – from leadership to every individual contributor – really stood out. Being part of such a close-knit team that’s committed to delivering for every client has been incredibly inspiring!” And a fun fact? Anna grew up in Miami and can speak fluent Russian!
