  • Recap Smartling’s European roadshow with us!👇🌍✈️ 📍Final stop: Dublin! 🇮🇪✨ We closed out the week with an amazing group of customers and partners, kicking things off with a morning visit to the Smartling Dublin office before heading into a full day of workshops at The Westbury by The Doyle Collection. Just like Paris and Copenhagen, we explored how AI translation can accelerate global content velocity while maintaining quality, and we shared a preview of our 2026 Smartling product roadmap. The conversations were thoughtful, energizing, and full of practical takeaways for the year ahead.💡➡️🌍 There’s something special about ending a roadshow surrounded by customers who are just as passionate about the future of localization as we are. The collaboration, questions, and vision across teams made this final stop especially memorable. We wrapped the day with dinner at Amuri, celebrating a week of learning, connection, and community. 🍝 Huge thanks to Laura Moyano from HubSpot, María Jesús de Arriba Díaz from Women in Localization, Roberto Silva from Workday, Dervilla O’Reilly from Docusign, Laure Jouanique and Olivier Chaussee from Squarespace, Mario Pluzny, Jamie Scott from Workhuman, Julia Cassidy from SurveyMonkey, Ralph Jung, and Chandana Gobbi from Zoetis, and Sukalyan Roy from Workhuman for helping us end the roadshow on such a high note. #LocalizationEvents Dublin, thanks a million! 💜

  • AI is changing every part of go to market work, and sales is no exception. We loved seeing our own Grace Feeney share how the Smartling team is driving 33 percent of pipeline through the phone by pairing smart persistence with AI powered prep. When AI takes on the research and manual lift, reps get to focus on what actually moves deals forward: real conversations. And with nearly 20 percent of conversations turning into meetings, the impact speaks for itself. Huge shoutout to Grace, Matt, and the Apollo.io team for highlighting how AI can elevate the human side of sales, not replace it. 📞🤖 Excited to keep pushing what’s possible with AI driven workflows. #AItranslation #Localization #Smartling #SalesAI

Cold calling has long been declared dead several times, but in the time of AI we could be in the middle of a real evolution. In this clip, Grace Feeney, Smartling and I discuss how the team is driving 33% of their pipeline through the phone by combining persistence with AI-powered preparation.  When AI handles the research and manual grunt work, their reps can spend their energy actually having meaningful conversations. Once they get someone on the line, the mindset is clear, and there is an expectation that this will turn into a meeting. With results of nearly 20% conversion rate going from conversation to meeting, it’s a great example of how AI should be thought about in sales: not replacing the channel, but augmenting it. The next challenge is how to use AI to scale the human side of outreach, like confidence, context, or persistence, at the moments that matter.

  • Recap Smartling’s European roadshow with us!👇🌍✈️ 📍Third stop: Copenhagen! 🇩🇰✈️ Another energizing day of collaboration, hands-on learning, and future-focused conversations with our incredible customers and partners. Like in Paris, we spent the day diving into how AI translation can reshape the way teams work, exploring practical ways to streamline processes, boost quality, and scale global content more efficiently. Olga Beregovaya also gave attendees an early look at the 2026 Smartling product roadmap, sparking thoughtful discussion about what's ahead for AI in localization.💡 When localization leaders come together in person, the ideas and momentum are unmatched, and Copenhagen was no exception. Attendees left with fresh inspiration for how to bring AI-powered workflows back to their teams for the year ahead. We wrapped the day with a cozy dinner at Feed Bistro, where conversations continued long after the sessions ended. 🍽️ Huge thanks to Camilla Ortmann and Søren Kristensen from Siteimprove, Christel Weber Kristensen from Milestone Systems, Jens Feilberg from SAS, Mariana Sugobono from Trustpilot, and Kenneth Ringbo, Eduards Sergejevs, and Carsten Pedersen from GN Group for bringing your ideas, questions, and enthusiasm. #LocalizationEvents København, tusind tak! 💜
