Yesterday, I had the privilege of catching up with the Lumenci India team at our Gurugram office, and hosting a town hall to share where we're headed next. It's been quite a year. We’ve made bold strides that have positioned us ahead of the industry curve. The next few years will see us take this even further, with 2026 set to be a defining milestone in building the Lumenci platform we have long envisioned. What I appreciated most was the kind of questions our team raised - thoughtful, strategic, and rooted in business understanding. It reaffirmed that Lumenci’s strength lies not just in technical excellence but in how our team thinks like true business operators. Grateful to lead such a talented and forward thinking team. The best is yet to come. Happy Thanksgiving!

Understanding these differences early helps innovators make smarter decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and build stronger IP foundations for the future. When a major tech outage hits, it doesn’t just interrupt systems. It disrupts the entire flow of IP work. Evidence stalls, filings get delayed, teams lose access to critical tools, and even the smallest bottleneck can turn into a real business risk. Our latest piece breaks down what happened during the global outage, why it exposed gaps across the industry, and what teams need to build more resilient IP operations in the future.
