    Uninstalling KNO right before BFCM? The patrol is on the roll. 🐶 We know that surveys can get stale, but here's a few ways in which you refresh your insights instead of losing them completely. 1. Check for giftability - ie. "Who are you purchasing this for today?" - If for someone else, use KNO's unlimited personalized follow ups to learn more about the gift giver, receiver, intent, and unlock more customer language for ads, flows, site, and more. 2. Have a linebacker for site issues with questions like: - Outside of price, did anything almost prevent you from purchasing? - How was your site experience? If 1-3, use follow ups and our integrations to create proactive tickets in tools like Gorgias or Richpanel. 3. Understanding pre-BFCM marketing impact - Marrying "how'd you first hear about us" with "how long did you know about us" let you know the longtail impact of your hard-spent marketing dollars.     I will never understand SaaS companies that treat their customers badly when they ask to cancel. That's such a short game. Business is cyclical. Circumstances and needs change. And sometimes that means cancelling, or asking out of a contract. When that happens, we support our customers in that process at KnoCommerce and Stamped. And guess what? They COME BACK! 23% of customers who have churned from KNO have later come back. They wouldn't have done so if we made their life difficult in the process. Long game > short game. Mostly venting because I'm stuck in SaaS contracts for stuff we're not even using. 🤣 Instantly takes a good experience and destroys it. Every single one of these companies is on my "never work with again" list, when almost all of them were products I liked and would have used again.

    I've been worried about BFCM this year to be honest. But that's changing... Through 2025 consumers have been telling us they're less likely to spend in the future than years past. In November, it's moving in a positive direction very quickly. I was worried we'd see less YoY growth in BFCM sales, but this gives me hope it'll be a good year.
