I think most of my career in recruitment has been spent making notes. That, or trying to remember what that scribble in my notebook meant, the one word I jotted down that obviously meant something at the time. Now, this tool lets me have real conversations with people, which is ultimately what this job is all about. I don’t think I could ever go back.
