Ship your item with a printed shipping label

Step 1: Find and prepare your shipping label & return slip

After you start your return, you'll get an email with your return shipping label and instructions.

To find your return info:

  • Check your email: Search your inbox and spam or junk folder for an email with your return info.
  • Search for your RMA number: The return confirmation email contains your RMA number, which is essential for tracking your return. You can search your email for this number to find the correct label and instructions.

If you still can't find the label: Go back to your Order Details page. You should find an option to print your shipping label and return slip there.

Once you have your label and return slip, print both.

Step 2: Prepare your return package

Important: Transfer, back up, or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the item.

  4. Remove these items from your package:
    • SIM card
    • Item cases
    • Extended batteries
    • Accessories that didn’t come with the item
Step 3: Ship your package
  1. Package your item securely: To protect the device during shipping, use a sturdy box with enough cushioning material.
    • Make sure any old shipping labels on the box are removed or covered.
  2. Attach the shipping label: Securely attach the printed return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Use the correct shipping carrier: The return shipping label specifies which carrier to use, such as UPS or DHL.
    • You must use these carriers, even if your original delivery was from a different one.
  4. Drop off the package: Take your package to an authorized drop-off location for the carrier listed on your label.

After your item is received and inspected:

  • If eligible for refund: A refund can take about 1–14 business days.
