Question

In my company we are using power BI, It is user friendly but we have some problem with the multi factor authentication.

I can’t remove for policy but it is possible bypass the authentication? May I create an app in R, Power Apps or other program?

I would to know if it is possible create an external app for avoid the authentication.

Each users have their own account, it is possible for the specific user remove the MFA?

The problem is not every users what to give private number at the company. I speak about 100 people — Inuraghe

Most use Authenticator app without need to give away private number. Regardless, are you wanting to have an app or report that is open to the public with no authentication needed? — Sam Nseir

You can publish the report to the web - ie Public, no auth, available to all:
