• The following symbols & definitions are used during the application process:
• When you see a magnifying glass, click on it. Valid values for the field you are using will be displayed. To choose a valid value, click on the blue underlined word (hyper-link value). Example: CATOOSA. Note: You must choose a valid value; do not type information into these boxes.
• When you see a drop-down arrow, click on it. Valid values for the field you are using will be displayed. To choose a valid value from the drop-down list, click on it.
• When you see the plus or minus button, this indicates that you can click on the plus button to add an additional row of data. If you want to delete the additional row, click the minus button.
• To answer questions in the application process, place your mouse in the circle or box and click the left mouse button.
• When you see an asterisk (*) next to a field, this indicates that the field is required & you must supply an answer in that field. Note: Not all fields in the application process are required; however, the more information you provide the better we can match you with open jobs.
• The previous button is used to help navigate back in the application process. Do not use the button on your browser. Using the back button may cause your page to timeout & you will have to start over.
• The next button is used to help navigate forward in the application process. Once you have completed the information on the page you are on, click the next button to go to the next page.
• You can also use the circled numbers at the top of the page to navigate back through the application. This is located at the top of each page.
• Hyper-links - These are used throughout the application process. When you see a blue underlined word, you can click on the word for more fields or information. Note: As indicated above, hyper-links are also used as the valid values when using the magnifying glass.
• Valid Values - A list of choices for the field/box you are currently using.

Our online application requires having an email address to log in. However, the email address does not have to be valid. For this reason, we instruct new applicants without a valid email address to use their [email protected]. This lets us know you do not have a valid email address & if we need to contact you, we should call your phone number provided in the application. Please remember this email address, as it becomes your log in for the system should you want to log back in to apply for more jobs or update your resume.
