Geely Holding and Li Shufu Foundation Pledge HK$10 Million in Support of Emergency Disaster Relief due to Recent Tai Po Fire in Hong Kong Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) and the Li Shufu Foundation expresses their deepest condolences to the victims of the massive fire which broke out in the Wang Fuk Court residential complex in Tai Po, Hong Kong and pays their respect to their valiant efforts of local fire fighters and paramedics devoted to the ongoing rescue efforts. Geely Holding, together with the Li Shufu Foundation will donate HK$10 million in support of medical assistance, emergency resettlement, and post-disaster reconstruction for the affected residents. At the same time, Geely Holding will also coordinate its available local resources to fully support ongoing disaster relief efforts – ie. vehicles from the Zeekr brand will be made available for emergency usage and the Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group’s Bumblebee Volunteer Team will be onsite to support post-disaster relief and resettlement efforts. https://lnkd.in/gHpYXuez

Earlier this week, Renault Group, Geely Holding Group and Geely Automobile Holdings established Renault Geely do Brasil to take a leadership position on a dynamic Brazilian market. In addition, Renault Geely do Brasil announced it a R$3.8 Billion Investment in the Ayrton Senna Complex. By combining their industrial, technological, and commercial strengths, the two groups will accelerate the development of both the Renault and Geely brands in Brazil and position themselves at the forefront of the industry’s transition toward zero and low-emission mobility at the highest technological standards and become one of the leaders in Brazil market. Geely Shares Technology Driven Zero Carbon Transformation at COP30 Zhejiang Geely Holding Group joined the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belem, Brazil and shared the Group’s achievements and progress towards carbon neutrality. As one of the earliest Chinese members of the United Nations Global Compact, Geely Holding was invited to COP30’s opening forum and the China Pavilion side conference to speak on its technology driven green transformation. As a leader in green manufacturing, Geely Holding has integrated green concepts throughout its supply chain and established an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem covering green factories, recycling, and sustainable energy. At the forum, Chen Yimin, Geely Holding Group Senior Vice President introduced Geely Holding’s 17 “Green Factories” 11 “Zero-Waste Factories” and 5 “Zero-Carbon Factories.” Six of Geely Holding’s factories use 100% renewable energy  and  compliance rate for industrial emissions for Geely Holding has reached 100%. Geely Holding pioneered the “full-value chain zero-waste management model” and has been recognized by China’s Ministry of Industry and Technology as well as the Ministry of Ecology and Environment for being one of the first “zero-waste enterprises” in China. Renault Group and Geely have completed agreements to extend their strategic cooperation to the production and sales of zero and low-emission vehicles by Renault do Brasil for the Renault and Geely Auto brands in Brazil. As part of these agreements, Geely formally acquires a 26.4% stake in Renault do Brasil, granting access to Renault do Brasil’s industrial and commercial resources, and allowing it to accelerate its expansion in the region’s leading automotive market. By producing Geely auto branded vehicles alongside Renault vehicles at the Ayrton Senna plant in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, Renault do Brasil will be able to increase production and further sharpen the competitiveness of this cutting-edge industrial complex. This week Geely Holding announced that aggregate sales across its portfolio brands grew to over 2.95 million units at the end of Q3 2025. Sales of electrified vehicle exceeded 1.5 million, a year on year increase of 68% and representing 54% of total sales. Q3 2025 also marked a milestone for the Group as the first time its portfolio brand sales have exceeded 1 million units in a single quarter. Geely Constellation 6th Launch Completes Phase I Deployment with 64 Satellites in Orbit The sixth orbital plane of GEESATCOM, known as Geely Future Mobility Constellation successfully launched off the waters near Rizhao, Shandong, deploying 12 satellites in a single launch. This marks the third consecutive deployment launch within two months. The satellites successfully entered their designated orbits, all systems are operating normally, and the launch mission has been declared a complete success. The 6th successful launch completes Geely Constellation's Phase I deployment with 64 satellites in orbit The launch today marks the third consecutive deployment launch within two months. All satellites successfully entered their designated orbits, all systems are operating normally, and the launch mission has been declared a complete success. The completion of Phase I deployment has also resulted in 100% in-orbit reliability and 100% network reliability, the constellation now provides real-time communication coverage for any location on Earth, excluding the North and South Poles. With its satellites currently in orbit, the constellation is able to provide one-to-two-layer real-time satellite communication service for up to 20 million users worldwide. Service fees for the constellation’s IoT communications are just one percent of traditional satellite communication provider costs, significantly lowering the threshold for widespread adoption. Building on medium- and low-speed data communication services tailored to different application scenarios, including intelligent connected vehicles, marine fisheries, construction machinery, low-altitude mobility, emergency communications, transportation and logistics, public infrastructure, energy, water management, and agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry. Transforming marine transport for the better, the world’s first methanol-hydrogen hybrid electric ship launched. The new methanol-hydrogen electric multi-purpose riverboat “Yuanchun 001” launched in Hangzhou today marks the expansion of Geely Holding Group’s methanol-hydrogen electric drive technology to the marine sector. The Yuanchun 001 uses Geely’s independently developed methanol-hydrogen hybrid electric drive system enabling it to achieve carbon net-zero emission throughout its lifecycle with green methanol fuel. Geely's 5th successful launch adds 11 satellites to the Geely Future Mobility Constellation. Early in the morning, the 5th orbital plane of GEESATCOM was successfully launched from sea near Rizhao, China. All satellites entered their designated orbit and are operating nominally, marking another milestone success for the constellation’s deployment. GEESATCOM focuses on satellite IoT experiments and inter-satellite communication trials across a wide range of application scenarios, including intelligent connected vehicles, marine fisheries, construction machinery, low-altitude mobility, emergency response, transportation and logistics, public infrastructure, energy, water conservancy, agriculture, forestry, and livestock, while also supporting Earth observation in environmental monitoring.
