  • We congratulate Dr. Sherryn Roth, former Chief of Cardiology and current research and ethics chair at SHN, for the publication of her memoir, 'Tales of a Cardiologist: Wins and Losses.' Her memoir shares highlights from her career, the evolution of cardiac care in Scarborough, and the joy of serving patients at SHN. A true “work of love,” it reflects the passion and dedication that have shaped her nearly five decades of service. 💙 From founding SHN’s first Heart Function Clinic to leading research, mentorship, and innovation, Dr. Roth continues to inspire the next generation of cardiologists. • Today, students from Woburn Collegiate Institute returned for the latest session of our "Working Together for Better Health" initiative! In recognition of #Movember, this session focused on prostate cancer and preventative care. Students toured the surgical space at Centenary Hospital where patients are seen for men’s health, including prostate biopsies. They also got to participate in an interactive surgical tool demonstration, and explored the many career opportunities in men’s health at SHN. Thank you to our amazing SHN staff for sharing their expertise for these bright young minds, and helping raise awareness about the importance of men’s health. #SHNcares #LoveScarborough
