Starting a business is easy, but surviving the second year is the real challenge, says Lara Varlamova of the Vision Voices Podcast. That’s when the excitement fades and doubt starts to creep in. She emphasizes the importance of staying the course, adding that consistent support and a strong ecosystem matter most – because true growth happens in the long, messy middle. Do you agree? Founder of Vision Voices Podcast - I talk B2B to decode trends in how we work, lead, and grow | LinkedIn Top Voice

Starting a business is easier now. Surviving the second year - that’s the real test. Year two is when the excitement fades. And you start questioning everything: your product, your market, and your ability to grow. You know you need to keep building - refining the offer, finding the fit, creating consistency, monetizing. But motivation drops and doubts can slow you down. That’s when the support of the ecosystem matters the most. The system that brings steady energy and reliability. Because real growth doesn’t happen at the start. It happens in the long, messy middle. When most professionals think about investment, health rarely tops the list – but it should, says body transformation coach James Appleton. He argues that no matter how successful your career is, it means little without good health. Prioritizing your well-being, he explains, not only supports longevity but also elevates every other area of your life, paving the way for sustainable success. Investing in your health is the single best decision you can make this year, and here’s why: We often focus on our careers, family, and personal goals, but without good health, all of that becomes meaningless. Think about it no matter how successful your career is or how much time you spend with your loved ones, if you don’t have the health to enjoy it, it won’t matter in the long run. When you invest in your health, you're not just improving your fitness or shedding a few pounds. You're investing in more energy, better focus, and an enhanced quality of life. With better health, you’ll find that you have: ✅ More energy to give at home and work ✅ Improved focus and clarity, boosting productivity in your professional and personal life ✅ Better sleep, which leads to better recovery, energy levels, and mental focus ✅ Stronger immunity, reducing sickness and downtime ✅ Increased confidence, which helps elevate all aspects of your life ✅ Enhanced mood, with endorphins helping reduce stress and anxiety Physiologically, making health a priority leads to: ✅ Improved cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of heart disease ✅ Better muscular function and joint health, reducing injury risk and improving mobility ✅ Hormonal balance, improving mood, energy, and mental clarity ✅ Reduced inflammation, promoting faster recovery and overall vitality ✅ Stronger bones and better skeletal structure as a result of regular movement and activity Making your health a priority is an investment in every other area of your life. It’s the best decision you can make this year for long-term success. So, how are you investing in your health this year? If you're ready to make a change, drop a comment below and someone from my team will get in touch to help you take the first step. ♻️ Share this with someone who’s ready to invest in their health. ➕ Follow James Appleton for more advice on why it’s important to invest in your health

💡 Many entrepreneurs focus on strategy and growth, but they overlook the most critical factor – mindset, says Elie Farhat Farhat, regional managing director at PIPA MEDIA. He says that without mental clarity, even the most capable founders can crumble under pressure, decision fatigue, and burnout. True leadership and sustainable growth come not from chaos, but from calm, intentional energy and a strong inner foundation, he adds. Do you think mindset is more important than strategy? Share your thoughts below. #IdeaOfTheDay

Helping Ambitious MENA Men Build Businesses, Lead Powerfully & Master Their Mindset | Building – Men Matter | Startup Growth Advisor | Regional MD – PIPA Media

Everyone’s talking about BUSINESS — but no one’s talking about this. - I’ve built teams. - Scaled brands across markets. - Run a business doing 8 figures in revenue. - And helped dozens of founders do the same. But none of that would’ve happened if I didn’t fix this first: MY MINDSET. See — You can build the perfect funnel. Hire top talent. Raise capital. Launch a dozen offers. And STILL feel Overwhelmed. Lost. Burnt out by your own creation. I’ve seen it firsthand. Smart men with solid ideas — crushed by decision fatigue, lack of clarity, and silent pressure they never learned how to handle. Not because they weren’t capable. But because they were never taught this: Business isn’t just about building something big. - It’s about having the mental clarity to hold it when it gets heavy. And if you’re building alone right now — let me talk to you directly - ⇉ Your business will only grow as fast as your decision-making. ⇉ Your leadership will only work if your energy is clean. ⇉ And your edge? It comes from calm — not chaos. So if things feel heavy lately, don’t chase more. Cut the noise → Slow down to speed up → Fix your foundation. This is why I am building Men Matters.. Real work — for real builders. Because I’ve played this game from the inside. And I know exactly how messy it gets behind the scenes. You don’t need more hustle. You need clarity. You need presence. You need a system that serves you — not the other way around. That’s how you build something that doesn’t just grow — but lasts. Because even if no one ever said it to you — Men Matter.

💡 AI-generated content can be great, but only when it’s done right, says Rim Akawi, co-founder of XTRND. She compares much of today’s AI content to fake plastic plants: shiny, cheap and soulless. She says AI content should be crafted so thoughtfully that it fools the audience into thinking it’s the real thing. When there’s intention, taste and storytelling, AI stops being artificial and starts becoming art, she adds. Check out her full post below and share your thoughts in the comments. #IdeaOfTheDay

I help brands stop overthinking content, and create faster through AI-powered, mobile-first production.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐤𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬? That’s how I feel about a lot of AI content out there. Last week, I was chatting with Haroune Boudjadi whom I met during a masterclass. We were geeking out over new tools, and he asked: “What do you think about AI-generated content? Are you for it or against it?” My answer: I’m all for it, but only when it’s so good you forget it’s fake. The problem is, most of what we see online feels like those $2 plastic plants. Shiny. Cheap. Soulless. But every once in a while, there’s that one fake plant that fools you. You touch it. You look twice. You believe it. That’s what great AI content should be. It should trick your senses, not treat you like you’re dumb. The real magic happens when you plant a soul in it. When there’s thought, taste, a story; that’s when AI stops being artificial and starts being art. Soulless is easy. Soulful takes guts. So here’s my question to you: 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬? #AIContent #Storytelling #CreativeTech #Filmmaking #XTRND #AIEthics #LinkedInNews
