Promotions, titles, and positions—those things come and go. But the way you treat people? That sticks. A little kindness goes a long way in the workplace. Tell someone their presentation was great, compliment their outfit, or let them know their hair looks awesome today. Those small words don’t cost a thing, but they can mean everything. At the end of the day, it’s not your title they’ll remember—it’s how you made them feel. So lead with heart, always. Call-to-action: Spread a compliment today—big or small. #WorkCulture #KindnessAtWork #ComplimentCulture #LeadWithEmpathy #PositiveVibes #PeopleFirst #MakeWorkBetter #RespectInTheWorkplac
Well said Varga
Yep! Spread a little sunshine when you can. I'm a business English teacher/ coach. Whilst it's important to correct some things, it's also vital for learners to know what they are doing right. Besides which, it will make them feel good, so my "Kindness of the Day" so far has been to tell learners the good language they have used and not just to tell them what they have got wrong :)
I agree
A culture of kindness doesn’t happen by accident—it starts with one compliment, one acknowledgment, one moment of genuine appreciation at a time
