Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 200 square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 100 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

    We ordered the sampler and the mozzarella sticks were huge and cold. The Christmas sliders had nothing on them and meat was overdone. Waitress did not ask how we wanted them cooked not offered to take them off the bill. The drinks had too much whipped cream and not enough drink for dessert drinks. Food was horrible.

    This was an amazing experience. We took my daughter for her 13th birthday and she had a wonderful time. The staff was great and made her day so special. The manager took great care of my entire family and they had a blast. My daughter eyes lit up when they brought out the King ice cream bowl and started playing one of her favorite songs. This experience was a 100/10 10 starts across the board.

    It was so much fun!!! I’ve been going to the sugar factory ever since I was little. I recently just moved here and didn’t know Tampa had one. I have to say it brought back memories from when I was in Vegas. The food is amazing and the staff was so friendly!!

    I don’t like how every time I called on the server he didn’t pay me any attention . I waited 15 minutes for him to come to my table every time . The chicken tenders was was hard and was not tasty at all.

    Our waitress was great, very sweet and professional .. I gave it 4 stars because I’ve been to this sugar factory before and they pulled out all the stops for birthdays and this time they didn’t and it was a little disappointing I likely won’t be back. But the food was good.

    My food was not brought out when the rest of the tables was. They couldnt find it. When it finally got there, everyone else was almost done. Then it tasted terrible. Chicken parm sauce should not be orange or sour. My daughter’s spaghetti marinara was the same way. Pasta was dried out and sauce was orange and sour tasting. No offer to comp for my troubles or or wait. Its outrageous to charge what is charged for food that tastes like it came from a frozen meal from the grocery store

    We were really disappointed with our visit. The restaurant itself looks great, the Halloween decorations were fun and the atmosphere was cool, but that’s where the positives end. The service was painfully slow, and our food was terrible. The burgers tasted cheap, and the flatbread was soggy and bland. To make matters worse, they forgot our flatbread entirely and brought it out about 15 minutes later, just as we had to leave. They didn’t charge us for it, which we appreciated, but honestly, we wouldn’t have wanted to pay for it anyway. The drinks were expensive, which I expected since it’s a themed place inside a hotel casino, but the food quality was far below average. Overall, we would never go back. Maybe stop by for one of their signature drinks, milkshakes, or desserts if you’re curious, but I’d definitely skip the rest of the menu.
