I’ve seen how quality management impacts companies. But here’s a surprising truth: Quality management is more transformative than most people realize. Most times people think quality management is: 1. 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝘅𝗲𝘀: ↳ They think it’s just about passing audits and meeting regulations. ↳ While important, it’s just the baseline. 2. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: ↳ They assume it’s all about identifying defects. ↳ But identifying issues is just the starting point. 3.
