Productivity tools tend to be built for your calendar or to-do list. But the real leverage comes from building a system that knows how you actually think, react, and work. My Personal OS in ChatGPT is much more than a journal or a set of reminders, it is a living snapshot of my patterns. I feed in my Enneagram (Type 9), Human Design (1/3 profile), and MBTI (INTJ). The OS knows my tendency to keep the peace, my instinct to experiment, my need for independence, and the blind spots that trip me up. When I hit a tough call or notice old habits creeping in, I check it for reminders: how do I tend to react under stress? What kind of feedback do I resist? Where have I gotten in my own way before? Building this system is less about self-optimization and more about self-awareness in practice. I see the moments I avoid conflict, the places I overanalyze, and the patterns that drive my best work. The OS helps me prep for conversations, review tough feedback, and coach myself in ways a static assessment never could. If you want a real edge, build a Personal OS into ChatGPT that knows you as well as you know yourself. It is your own playbook for outgrowing your blind spots.

Summary
Personalized productivity plans are custom-made strategies and systems designed around your unique strengths, habits, and challenges to help you work smarter and stay on track. Rather than relying on generic productivity methods, these plans use self-reflection, data, and sometimes technology to create routines that truly fit your personal workflow.
- Identify your patterns: Take time to notice the ways you respond to stress, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus, then use this insight to build routines that match your style.
- Build your own system: Create a simple framework, whether it’s a digital tool or written plan, that’s tailored to your needs and helps guide you back on track when you’re feeling stuck.
- Adjust and reflect: Regularly review your approach, celebrate small wins, and tweak your system to match your changing goals and energy levels.

I used to struggle with staying productive all the time. I tried all the “productivity hacks” everyone talks about, but none of them actually worked for me. I’d feel: - Overwhelmed - Unable to focus - Unsure what to prioritise So, I created something simple: The Personal SOP It’s a Notion page where I keep track of what works for me in different situations. Here’s how it’s works: I started by observing myself. - When I felt stressed, I noted what was causing it. - When I couldn’t focus, I reflected on what had helped me before. I wrote it all down. Now, whenever I feel stuck, I have a clear plan to fall back on - no overthinking, no spiralling. Best part? It’s not any general guide. It works because it’s built for ME. Here’s the exact template I use: https://lnkd.in/eXEwhJmi This is about understanding yourself. And once you do that real work upfront, I promise you, life will feel energised and you'll be living in alignment. This week's edition of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔.𝗜. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺 is all about 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 as I show you how I replaced The Eisenhower Matrix with a decision-making matrix custom-built for me. 🧠🧰🦾👀 This experiment is the result of my thinking these past months about 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 - but personalisation aimed 'inwards' - i.e. not me customising my output to individuals in my audience, but rather me tailoring tools, models, frameworks and more to my specific needs - using A.I. 😊 In this newsletter you can read about: ✔ Why I find the Eisenhower Matrix useless as a decision-making model ✔ How I used 𝗔.𝗜. to analyse my personal challenges in making decisions and prioritising my to-do list ✔ How I used those findings and more 𝗔.𝗜. to create a custom decision-making matrix ✔ Why I now have to 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗴 every single day! 🍽🐸😱 I hope you enjoy it and I would love to hear in the comment how you have used 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to customise or personalise the tools, models or frameworks that you use in your work to make them more relevant and effectful? 😊💪💡 #ai #artificialintelligence #kunstigintelligens
