    "I don't have time to improve myself." Say most CEOs I've worked with. I'm busting 5 myths about improving yourself: ❌ It's selfish to focus on yourself. ✅ Prioritizing your needs strengthens your ability to give to others.  ❌ Self-help books are the answer. ✅ Personal growth is multifaceted, and requires a personalized approach. ❌ Positive thinking is all you need. ✅ Problems need practical solutions and action, not just positive thoughts. ❌ It takes too much time. ✅ Short, focused efforts yield significant results. It's about quality, not quantity. ❌ Self-improvement is only for problems. ✅ It's actually a lifelong journey. The benefits aren't always immediate or linear. 𝗠𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: 1. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁. ↳ Document limiting beliefs, ask why they're holding you back, and rewrite them.   Don't let time be a limit to better yourself.
