This is the golden age of fan engagement. In the current era, football clubs are in an unprecedented position where they can connect with fans across all generations. ❗ Social media have become instrumental in achieving this. 👉 Clubs can now tailor their communication strategies to resonate with diverse audience segments. ❓ ❓ How can clubs use the various platforms strategically? Some examples: ✅ TikTok ☑ Utilize youth-oriented language and slang to connect with a younger, trend-following audience. ☑ Discuss popular trends like trap music and gaming to captivate the interest of tech-savvy fans. ✅ Facebook ☑ Engage in conversations about parenthood, showcasing the club's commitment to family values. ☑ Explore the rich history of the club, fostering a sense of nostalgia among long-time supporters. ☑ Highlight city pride to deepen the connection between the club and its local community. ✅ LinkedIn ☑ Showcase the entrepreneurial spirit of the club's city by featuring local business leaders and entrepreneurs associated with the club. ☑ Emphasize the club's role in fostering economic growth and community development. ✅ Twitch ☑ Establish a presence on Twitch, essentially creating a personalized television channel for the club. ☑ Develop ad-hoc programs, including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with players and fans, and interactive content to engage fans in real-time. ✅ Pinterest ☑ Curate boards displaying the most captivating images of the stadium, capturing the essence and atmosphere during matches. ☑ Showcase products for sale, transforming Pinterest into a visually appealing marketplace. 🔷 Final Thoughts Imagine how much content your club can generate across different platforms. There are no more excuses! ❗ This multi-platform approach ensures that football clubs can cater to the diverse interests and preferences of their fan base. 👉 By understanding the unique dynamics of each social media platform, clubs can create a comprehensive and inclusive fan engagement strategy that spans across generations. You can connect to a mum and a teenager at the same time on three different platforms! ❗ Clubs can now foster a deep and lasting connection with fans, ensuring the club's sustained success both on and off the pitch. ✔ I created a couple of strategies on how the club can produce content constantly. I will post them soon. ❓ On which platform do you most follow your club? #footballbusiness #linkedinsports #socialmedia

Tools I Use as a Change Manager 🚀 My last post was my first LinkedIn post and one of the outcomes from it was hearing from people who got in touch to ask about the tools and artefacts I use as a Change Manager. This inspired me to put together a synopsis of some of my go-to resources. The toughest part of change management (for me) isn’t just having the right tools though—it’s knowing how to apply them within the context that they are required. For instance, after an impact assessment flags a "high impact," what comes next? Do you ramp up engagement, refocus communication efforts, or prioritize training? Discussions for another day… Anyways-A quick glance at my desk/browser and here are 10 random lighthearted tools and artefacts I use (in no particular order). No ads here—just sharing some of the stuff that costs money but brought me value 🙂 1. Venngage 🎨 Great for creating visual change storyboards, quick reference guides, roadmaps, and Change One-Pagers etc. Canva does the same, but I lean more towards Venngage. 2. Synthesia🎥 Ideal for explainer videos with digital AI avatars. Great for training, awareness, and multimedia comms. 3. HeyGen 🧑💻 Another video tool—and yes, I've had my own digital avatar with a Scouser accent for the fun of it. 4. invideo 🎬 Good for professional, documentary-style explainer videos. Great storytelling tool. 5. Pip Decks 🛠️ When my thoughts need structure, Pip Decks’ Storyteller and Workshop Tactics help me articulate ideas for presentations and workshops. 6. Bad Change by FLIMP Studios (Book) 📚 Funny and insightful! It’s packed with change management wisdom. Page 62’s humorous take on running a change just on KPIs is a must-read. I've bought a few copies for colleagues too. https://lnkd.in/gk3SQTrz 7. Microsoft 365 💻 I've had a love and hate relationship with SharePoint, but its slowly turned into my interactive hub for newsletters, surveys, readiness assessments, training materials, and embedded Power BI reports. MS Lists, Forms, Planner, Power Automate have gotten better over the years and integrate well together. Some more AI Tools 🤖 ppt.softtooler.com: Generates presentations from prompts/ Co-pilot also does same but not as detailed. DALL-E (GPT) & Midjourney: Creates images from prompts. Data Visualizer (GPT): Transform metrics like readiness, adoption, impact into graphs/ clear visuals for storytelling. ChatGPT: Not just for drafting text but for: Sentiment analysis to gauge emotions 👥 Stakeholder mapping 🌍 Risk analysis ⚠️ Scenario planning 🔮 Feedback synthesis 📝. Below is a snapshot of one of my desks: Between stacks of sticky notes, open tabs, and the occasional coffee ring, it’s a hub of creativity powered by tools that keep change engaging and on-track.

AI is revolutionizing digital communication in 2025, and the pace of change is astounding. Just last month, McKinsey reported that AI could potentially add $4.4 trillion in productivity growth from corporate use cases. This transformative power is evident in many of the communication tools that QuickBlox is developing: ✅ Chat UI Kits with AI Translation – Businesses operating globally need seamless communication across languages. Our Chat UI Kits integrate real-time AI translation, allowing users to chat in their native language while AI translates instantly, making cross-border collaboration and patient engagement effortless. ✅ White-Label Video Consultation with AI Transcription – AI is enhancing virtual consultations by automating transcription and summarization. Our HIPAA-compliant telehealth solution, Q-Consultation, provides real-time AI-generated transcripts of patient consultations, ensuring accurate records and reducing administrative burden for healthcare providers. ✅ AI SmartChat Assistant – Automating patient intake, FAQs, and appointment scheduling, our AI-powered chatbot ensures that healthcare providers can handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a human-like conversational experience. The human handover feature ensures that complex cases are smoothly escalated to live agents when needed. These innovations are just the beginning. As AI continues to evolve, the question is not whether organizations should adopt AI-driven communication tools, but how quickly they can integrate them to stay competitive. 💬 What AI-powered communication tools are you most excited about in 2025? #AIinHealthcare #AIChatbots #HealthTech #DigitalCommunication #ConversationalAI #Telemedicine
