Previously, she served as a Teaching Fellow at Teach for Bangladesh, where she worked with more than 100 students and led community projects impacting over 400 individuals. She is also the founder of Pensive Stories, a storytelling platform for mental health, and co-founder of Banai, a youth innovation initiative recognized by the Hult Prize. Tahiya has been selected for global fellowships with the UN SDSN, Teach for All, Break Free From Plastic, and Psycure, through which she continues to deepen her work in mental health, climate action, and global education reform.
