As the end of the year draws near, many in the U.S. pause this week to celebrate Thanksgiving. And even if you're reading this from another part of the world, I hope you’ll take a moment to reflect with me. Because gratitude, after all, is universal.

This year has been one of incredible personal and professional growth. And I have you, my LinkedIn community, to thank.

Here’s just one example that still makes me smile:

I had single post this year reach over 428,000 impressions and had nearly 6,000 reactions. Not because it was flashy. Not because it was trendy. But because it was real.

It also spoke to the heart of accounting, to the rigor and integrity behind the numbers and to the professionals who care deeply about getting things right. That post struck a chord, and so many of you commented, shared, and messaged to say: “That’s exactly how I feel.”

To say I’m grateful is an understatement.

A Note of Thanks this Thanksgiving

• To the executives and coaching clients I’ve worked with: It’s been an honor to help you build the financial acumen that moves your business, and your career, forward.
• To the my students and CPA candidates: Your drive inspires me every single day.

Looking Ahead

This community is evidence that accounting isn’t just for accountants anymore.

It's a language of leadership. It’s a strategic lens. And it’s a skillset that will only grow in value in 2026 and beyond.
