Driving in Manaus has become unsustainable. Costs keep rising while fares keep falling. Technical failures make it worse canceled trips often don’t appear in the history, preventing drivers from receiving the displacement fee. Safety is also a major concern, as we’re frequently sent into high-risk areas with no proper tools. Even with top ratings, earnings continue to drop, and in many trips the platform keeps more than 50%. For some, this is extra income. For many of us, it’s our only income. Under current conditions, staying financially stable as a driver partner is nearly impossible. Real improvements are urgently needed.

Hey @Uber i recently used uber assist for the first time to attend a medical appointment at my orthopedic surgeon's office. The driver neglected to assist me in any way whatsoever. He did not open the door for me when I arrived with my Walker and wheelchair. I almost fell while I was attempting to open the door by myself. Then, once inside the vehicle, it was not designed for someone with a large cast. I had to shove my broken leg into a space It was not made for. As you can see, my tibia is extremely broken and it was very, very painful. I have tried contacting your support team but they're pretty much incompetent or don't want to listen to me. I decided to contact you here. Would love to hear back from you!
