Sitting on such a unique and beautiful piece of real estate, this area has the potential to become one of Ontario’s most vibrant year-round destinations. Imagine a lively centre filled with restaurants, boutique shops, and activities—with walkable bridges seamlessly connecting the outer marina, the inner marina, and the village. The Metro Marine building could be transformed into a top-tier, year-round farmers’ market with local producers, restaurants, and artisanal vendors. Seasonal attractions—like summer festivals and waterfront Christmas markets—could bring energy and community spirit all year long. This place has everything it needs to become a warm, welcoming destination that people will want to visit again and again.
