Technology Association of Grantmakers’ Post

During #TAG2025, we had the honor of bestowing awards to TAG members for their outstanding dedication and commitment to service.     The “Member of the Year” award went to the MacArthur Foundation Jacob Graveldinger for his unwavering spirit of service.     Jake has consistently gone above and beyond in providing pro-bono support to organizations like Solar Responders — a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Puerto Rico’s fire stations with solar and battery storage systems in the wake of Hurricane Maria — which is a testament to his commitment to the service of others through his technical expertise and creative problem-solving.    Join us in celebrating Jacob Graveldinger for his incredible impact and generosity!

I am so pleased TAG recognized Jake at this year’s conference! He wasn’t able to collect the award in person but his contributions to the community were felt throughout the room. Congratulations, Jake!

Congrats Jacob! That's wonderful
