To fix the engine while flying, you need a rigorous approach, think of it as a pyramid where each layer reveals where processes are breaking from the broadest observation to the most refined outcome. The Four Stages of Investigating Leaks: ■ Observation (ground up): Ignore old assumptions. Gather raw, unfiltered data. What’s actually happening? ■ Process & Data Mapping (structure): Visualize the invisible links. Where does the flow truly break? ■ Automation (system): Translate the structure into repeatable logic that won’t collapse under pressure. ■ Optimization (outcome): Make compliance measurable and meaningful. Processes are living entities and every workflow eventually drifts from reality over time. The trick is in learning to move with its evolution consistently. Our panel, Jason Brown, Sandra Ripley, Camilla Leon, and Gail Henderson, cut through the noise clear steps for start-ups and Operators to finally close the gap between pilots and production.
