Proud to be Sienna 💜
Over the past few years, we’ve been building something remarkable together. Since 2022, we’ve redefined what it means to work at Sienna. Our Purpose, Vision and Values guide everything we do, and together we bring them to life in how we show up for one another and for the residents and families we serve.
Through programs like SOAR, Spark, and now SOAR for Service, we’re celebrating milestones, championing innovation, and making team members owners in our shared success.
The results speak for themselves: higher engagement, stronger retention, and a deeper sense of belonging across our 15,000-member team. Every milestone, every resident story, every act of care is powered by compassion, commitment and ownership.
We are Proud to be Sienna.
Proud to serve. Proud to lead. Proud to cultivate happiness in daily life.
#ProudToBeSienna
I'm at the Toronto Stock Exchange and I'm so excited to be here today this celebrate our 15 years on the Toronto Stock market. Since the launch of a program three years ago, we have given $4 million worth of shares to 9000 employees that we have Lorna, Hair, Annabella and Seth. Between the three of them they have 112 years of service. I've been working at Sienna for about 21 years. What's been 10 years, 47 years, it's 49 years, 32 years. It feels great, not just to be an employee, but an owner of Asiana. Financially is is really helping. I had no idea what I was walking into. I was like totally mesmerized. It's like you see it on TV, but when you're a part of it, it's just like the adrenaline rush. Just great. Great. I was so honored to be invited. 15 years already. That's unbelievable. Yeah, I always tell my coworkers like, remember guys were we have shares, we have to respect the place. I think it's helping engage people more because they feel they can see the value that they're adding in every little action that they're taking. I just love working with the seniors. It's like a second home for me being an owner and being involved in stock market with Sienna. It gives you that sense of feeling that you know you're, you feel more secure about your job. I think the sore programs tells team members that it doesn't matter where you are in the organization, whether you work at corporate, at head office, whether you work frontline, that we all have the same ability to kind of grow and be part of the company. I think it was more inclusivity because it didn't matter your role at all. Everyone has a stake and everyone has a part to play to sort of making the company grow. But there's also that personal investment too. You're always accountable to to your. Work and what you do, but you feel a little bit more sense of, you know, the companies doing well. That must mean that you know everybody is doing well. I think the overall reputation is Sienna is soaring and it's so great to see and I think you know, the employees are part of that because they they share how happy they are working with Sienna. It was quite a great feeling. They care about their employees that they given us for free. I mean, we're not paying for anything, right? They giving it to us because it's not many people are privileged to have. Out in their companies and we've been privileged with Sienna.
So #proudtobesienna !🧡🌻
