We’re Hiring – Employee Service Representative (Entry-Level) Pentangle Tech Services is looking for a proactive and people-focused Employee Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between employees and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication. Responsibilities: Coordinate between employees and internal departments for seamless operations Address employee queries with professionalism and empathy Maintain employee records and documentation Support HR, Payroll, and Administration teams in day-to-day tasks Ensure timely resolution of employee issues Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle employee interactions effectively Detail-oriented and organized Prior experience in HR/employee support is a plus Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (₹2.16 – ₹2.40 LPA) Shift Timing: Night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) Work Mode: Work From Home At Pentangle Tech Services, we believe in creating a supportive environment where every employee feels valued and heard.
