Mastering AI Personalization: The Ethical Frontier of Limitless Possibilities We recently co-hosted a pivotal summit at Banco Santander’s headquarters, focusing on the limitless possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and advanced personalization in digital marketing. The core challenge discussed was how organizations can accelerate Value Realization in the new era of intelligent experiences. Our Head of Adobe Global Hub in JAKALA, Matías Acosta, presented the thesis: “Building an Omniexperience: The Power of Content Supply Chain, Real-Time Activation, and AI.” The session provided a deep reflection on connecting the creative supply chain with real-time activation via platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The goal: generating interactions that are more personalized, measurable, and executed in real-time.
