My name's Kenny and my position is Director. I think what makes interest different from any other company is our true desire to break molds and to change how we're perceived in the industry. We're always striving to upgrade our services, upgrade our people through performances, whether that be office Global individually. I think that's a true testament to the work that we're doing here at Interacts. The atmosphere here in the London office is something that I've never experienced before. Not only is it vibrant, a real lively. Sales floor, what you have is a whole unit of people that are all striving for the same goal and really bringing that excellence through everything that every individual person does. The way in which we do that is by having great leaders who lead from the front. They show us how to be successful. Not only what it looks like, but also the steps that it takes to get there as well. I think the time that each manager and each person puts into each individual and each team is what sets us ahead of other people as well. By having that daily practice of mentoring, but also training on different aspects as well. Again, it also comes down to our key points where we want to be the best, we want to be the 1%, we wanna outdo everybody that we possibly can. I've never seen anything like in the racks in terms of the relentlessness, the belief to win any client you want, for synergy between the teams. And the main thing for me would be just the standards. Here, standards are set so high that non negotiables that come from the very top, from Jamie Dan, Doug Khan, that would be the main thing for me. I think my opinion, having worked at some other organizations in the past, the main thing is the the high performance culture and there's a super high, but in the best way possible. You're surrounded by industry experts, people at the best of what they do. A lot of organisations you might have one person that 10K15K below, whereas here you forgot people doing the 10:20, 30-40 up to 70 K plus weekly GP, which is obviously an unheard of them amazing to be a part of. So, so a great place to learn.
