Instacart please leave shopper pay out of things you’ve achieved. What you pay has made people homeless, bankrupt, ruined people’s credit. Those are the things you can claim when it comes to shopper pay. That’s it.

We all know the money we make is from tips. Do you think a waitress would take a job for just that Bass pay? No she works on tips and she's OK with that and she's grateful stop complaining about what these companies for all us gig workers pay. They're a business we rely on tips and need to be grateful. They do need to fix the bot problem but at the end of the day be thankful you have a job if you're going to complain about what they pay then stop shopping or being a good worker and get a real job.

The company is growing, but batch payouts have shrunk by almost half.

now all you have to do is fix the problems that you have out here with the shoppers. No, the ones that are breaking the rules. Think about how much better the company would be if you could solve the big problems. There’s always going to be problems. But when you have big problems that you could fix and you don’t, that’s not a good thing.
