Lily, have you researched this or implemented it yet? Interested in your opinion.
We tested this widget on our homepage and product pages (desktop and mobile separately/new vs returning users), however it failed from conversion perspective.
Any data on the types of businesses (small or large retailers) that were used in the test for the 8% increase? Does this percentage degrade the more well known the brand is?
