We have published our 2025 Irish Gender Pay Gap Report, which highlights continued progress across our Irish operations. This year, we saw reductions in both our Mean and Median hourly pay gaps, supported by increased female representation in senior roles and the positive impact of initiatives including Lean In Together, RISE in Finance, Career Week and the Free To Be Me Expedition. Through our Positive Impact Plan and its Work Better pillar, we are striving to become one of the leading inclusive employers in our markets by 2030.
