Hello rijd nou we habben Mr. Who was the director of solutions at Newark M So a very warm welcome, Mr. Hi. So Mr. Lupita, I would like to know that how far your experience have been here and so far, I mean, since we are up to that extent of 19th he lets NBFC under Tech Summit. So would you like to share some key insights or briefings that you have received there? See what I liked about this particular event or the conference as the, the quality of people that come in from a, from a very niche segment, right And people who have have have good knowledge about this particular segment. Who carry a lot of insights from themselves as well and somebody who look forward to different transformations are open to those, right? Having a good discussion among these people is something which I kind of found a very interesting and something which is very good with this particular event. Alright, great to hear that. I mean, yeah, that is the whole, you know, just motto of it like so that we can cover a lot of the aspects in that one particular sector. So that's what we are looking for and thank you so much, you really appreciated it. And so Mr. Rasti would just firstly like to know. So at New York M, what are the key, you know. Technology solutions that you guys are, you know an enhancing or providing in order to you know just provide the better solutions to bankings and NBFC sectors or you know if we talk about the whole financial sector in India. So would you like to try to put a light on that? Sure. So we kind of work, the whole focus of our organization is to work around customer engagement management, right. So when I say customer, it could be anybody right from the banking and consumer. To the internal customers, to the different stakeholders of any NBCS or banking sectors, right. So when there is a communication or an engagement that is needed there, that is where we have different platforms that we have built, right, so. Be it engagement through these different consumers, through their writing channels, which they are there. Let's say the end consumer today, a banking consumer, let's say for an example, is mostly there on WhatsApp as a channel, right. So we are somebody who caters their journey there from a consumer perspective where somebody from, let's say an NBFC can apply for a loan using WhatsApp. You can track his application status, he can make payment, you can download different documents there. To helping organization in. By reminding for payment applications onto that same WhatsApp, right. So that the customer experience does not break in to kind of moving ahead with the other segments like wealth management systems where you could easily connect from channels like WhatsApp or somebody to your agents, right, sitting on your portal. So that there, there is a bridge that is connected between these both. So that is what we kind of deal with and we have expertise in. Yeah, that is. I mean, really good to hear, Mr. Awasthi. And so before, you know, leaving it off, I just wanted to, you know. Discussed just wanting to know from you like if you could have one word to brief about being at the center of the country and representing your your particularly your brand. So what would be that one message that you you should have to provide from being at the center of this and at the event of this scale. So what would be that one message you have you should, you know, would like to your audience and our audience you'd like to present. See, one word, if I could say that would rather be insightful, like like I was just telling that it somebody somewhere where you have like point sitting over here, right? So insightful is one word and the other word that I would want to send, I believe everyone kind of discussed this year as India is in too, because I'm at the center of this location, right? So I will just say that India is into this race now, right? And we all have to adapt to the new technology so that you can cater your consumers much better. And then it, it, it is a wise source. It is a win win for both, right? So that is that is the reason we all are here and I think we all look forward to it. Perfectly answered. I'm looking forward to hear that from you and I've got it. I was honoured to be a panelist at the inaugural XLoD Global conference in Singapore. Over 300 financial services experts across the Three Lines of Defence met to discuss managing non-financial risk across APAC. I was joined by like-minded peers Alex Sim, Richard Fairhall and Natalie Thinnakone in a discussion on Building a Future-Ready 1st Line of Defence in APAC. Whilst the use of AI was a constant topic across the day, we agreed these is still a lot of value from expanding the use of algorithms and machine learning, and that cleaning up data in legacy systems is still one of the key challenges facing most institutions. #XLoDGlobal
