Duolingo Curious if you also consider entry-level candidates who aren’t currently in school? That could really help broaden your talent pool and diversity is a huge asset for this kind of business. Or maybe an Trainee program. I would love to be part of duolingo but real impossible for people like me

I think you're also looking for people to answer your customers and fix the bugs reported. Not replying to any messages for months is not a way to show you care about your customers.
Ditto the need to resume the dialogue with users.. though I use Duo daily, alternating among a dozen languages, and though I flag every questionable item I find, I haven't had any sort of response in YEARS. A major disservice to all Duo users and especially those paying for "Super". Purging humans from your ranks was not a clever move when all your clients, at least for now, remain human!

I have a Masters in TESOL and a Masters in Education, specifically in curriculum design. I designed the curriculum for my ESL classes when I taught for 6 years. I also specialize in language learning as I speak 5 languages. This is a great fit for me, but I live in Atlanta. 😭
