The way we work has changed significantly over the past five years - but the way many people think about performance hasn’t. Between hybrid work, AI disruption, rising burnout, and a multi-generational workforce managing conflicting expectations, we're now operating in very different territory. Yet I still see organisations applying outdated approaches to performance and culture, despite what the research tells us about what actually works. This year I shifted the focus of my work to "Performance Reimagined" - helping teams, leaders and organisations evolve to achieve excellence, AND sustain wellbeing, culture and connection for their people.
