As a parent of two children with Type 1 diabetes for the past 18 years, I wanted to share my concerns regarding the CGM7. We recently transitioned to this device and have encountered several issues. During our recent visit to my child’s endocrinologist, we were informed that the CGM7 is only communicating with the pump less than 17% of the time. As you can imagine, this is alarming since these readings help determine how much insulin my child receives. This raises the question of whether my child’s A1C might improve if we stopped using the CGM altogether. While the CGM7 does stay on better than previous models, we are experiencing significantly more failure errors, requiring frequent replacements due to these issues. Given these challenges, we plan to review other products on the market in the future, as the low 17% connectivity rate are concerning for us.
I know the company will test enough before customers use the product
Doesn't the current G7 last 2 weeks? And the 6 seminars listed..are they all the same talk, just different days and times?
The adhesive needs to change. Your product is superior but I am allergic to the adhesive.
I hope you fixed a number of the issues from the current G7.
