I'm hitting the streets of San Francisco to ask people what was your worst customer service experience? Well, here I am waiting for when the guy went down the wrong way down a highway because he didn't want to take a toll road because he didn't have any money to pay for the toll road. But it was one of the worst moments of my life and absolutely he got sacked. By the way, I got scammed by a Ding you commerce platform and it was not great. What happened? Trying to get in touch with our customer service. It's terrible. I had my car that's being rented for and for some reason I wasn't able to get the right car. So I had to call support and guess what? They just put me on hold for like 30 minutes, but I waited. Then after 30 minutes they were asking me the reason. I'm like, OK, what's the reason that yes, what? After that they did again put me on hold for another 40 minutes. I'm like, wow, so that was the worst experience ever.
