Continu great read! 100% agree on the hesitation of AI-generated training content. Just like blog articles, AI has made it easy to drown people in content that isn't helpful, humanized, and effective. More content doesn't mean more results... But, delivering it when people need it and via conversations in something like Slack, MS Teams, and SMS is a way better approach.
