Hello, I’d like to share my disappointing experience as a loyal Canada Goose customer—an ordeal that began on September 11th. After years of trust, I had never needed their warranty service, which, surprisingly, is outsourced to Portugal even though my jacket was purchased in Paris. My down jacket is less than two years old, and the zipper already stopped working—unacceptable for a so-called high-end product. I filled out the form, answered repeated questions, and sent multiple sets of photos. I finally received confirmation that I was eligible for the warranty. I was then told to wash and dry-clean the jacket (€90). I had to ship it to Portugal at my own expense. Fifteen days later, I was told repairs would take at least four weeks. After further assessment, I was suddenly informed that the repair wasn’t covered, despite earlier confirmation, and I had to pay €60. Feeling held hostage, I paid on October 10th. Winter has now arrived, and no repairs have been done. I still have no jacket. In short: for a simple zipper issue, the process is long, costly, and inefficient. Next time, I’ll either go to a local cobbler or buy French.
