CallTek Names Becky Cooper, MBA Talent Acquisition Manager We are pleased to announce the addition of Becky Cooper as Talent Acquisition Manager. In this new role, she will lead the company’s worldwide recruitment efforts for our contact center and field service core offerings. Throughout her career, Becky has successfully implemented recruitment systems and processes that have resulted in hiring for more than 15,000 positions at contact centers and field positions as well as the executive level in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. “Becky is a recognized industry leader in high-volume recruitment of specialized and top-tier talent within the hospitality and BPO sectors,” said Josh Bergan, Chief Growth Officer, CallTek. “With extensive experience sourcing candidates both in the U.S. and internationally, she brings a strategic and global approach to talent acquisition that will be instrumental in helping us build strong, high-performing teams.” She began her recruiting career in higher education before transitioning into talent acquisition for contact center and management roles with a major hotel brand. She has since led hiring efforts for companies in customer experience support and waste management services. Her expertise in language assessments, technical skill evaluations, and identifying cultural alignment will be a valuable asset to our recruitment strategy. She holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Perdue Worldwide. Cooper is based on the East Coast of the United States.
