Thank you for featuring our amazing business@school Director Babette! We are so thankful for all her efforts in #entrepreneurshipeducation. Every day I am honored to be leading BUSINESS@SCHOOL - A BCG INITIATIVE. Just last week, I caught up with a former participant who shared how the program inspired him. Today, he has built his own company. Stories like his remind me what this initiative is all about. It empowers young people to discover their potential and believe in their own ideas.

Leadership That Expands Human Potential What stands out here is not title or tenure but the courage to lead through people. These BCG leaders show that real impact comes from widening the circle of opportunity, empowering students, nurturing talent and building inclusive pathways that elevate entire teams. Their approach signals a deeper truth for modern organisations: growth accelerates when leaders invest in others. In that commitment to uplift, they are not just shaping careers but reshaping the culture of leadership itself.

It's very inspiring to see how BCG creates space for people to grow and thrive

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) I liked how this highlighted the kind of leadership that grows when people step outside the narrow limits of their role. In medicine, I see the same thing every day, impact usually comes from the people who take responsibility simply because the moment needs it, not because it was written into their job description. Seeing that echoed here from a completely different field felt surprisingly familiar.

Dr. Babette Claas - I was thinking of you just yesterday when I was walking & talking with a high school student who wanted to discuss the possibilities that would give him an opportunity to learn and grow. He didn't care about what everyone else was doing; he was interested exploring what is possible on his personal and professional journey. As we've discussed, there is so much to consider when they are exposed to so many interesting possibilities like what the teens get to experience in your program! Keep up the great work.

Leadership that genuinely empowers.

What kind of person will survive?   Will someone with a seemingly kind heart survive unconditionally? Will someone who demonstrates the virtue of obedience be recognized and promoted within an organization? What kind of people will survive in this harsh society?   There is no such maverick as you in the world! Hey, you're a terrible person!! Even if they don't make a good impression on others, one thing is certain: these people will survive. This isn't about fighting and navigating the world!   It's about developing your individuality and striving for it to be recognized by the world. This individuality has nothing to do with your brain, school, grades, or environment.   The days of focusing on your surroundings and circumstances are over!   You must move away from the certifications everyone else possesses. Your unique competitiveness, which emphasizes who you are, will become your shield!   The world will become more diverse and face more difficult times. Don't make the mistake of sitting back and lamenting your fate or relying on circumstances! Let the world embrace me, not kill others to live!
