Today, thanks to an amazing team at Estia Health and supported by our partners KPMG, we went live with Workday as our first enterprise human capital management system! With a business that has doubled in size over the past three years to now be home to over 8,000 residents across 94 homes, and a workplace for over 14,000 employees, this implementation represents a significant step in our technology transformation road-map. It would not have become a reality with the strong collaborative spirit within Estia Health and excellent teamwork.
