Every time I see StorePulse AI running inside brands like Pure Home + Living, Google Chromebook, Zouk, Regal Shoes, Vutto, and Adil Qadri, it hits me - this was once just an idea on a whiteboard. All very different businesses - retail, tech, fragrance, footwear - but with one thing in common: the same curiosity to understand what’s really happening on the ground. That curiosity is what started StorePulse in the first place. The idea that AI shouldn’t just sit in dashboards - it should observe, learn, and make sense of reality in real time. We’ve come a long way from those early days of testing footage frame by frame, praying the detection didn’t glitch in the middle of a client demo. Now, watching teams actually use it - checking heatmaps, tracking footfall, optimising store layouts - feels like the payoff for all those long, chaotic months. What I love most is that every new client pushes us to think deeper. Retail looks different from a fragrance store to a tech brand to a fashion outlet - and that’s where the learning lies. Each install teaches us something new about behaviour, design, and decision-making. And that’s what keeps me excited - not just the growth, but the insight. Still early. Still figuring things out. But watching StorePulse quietly make sense in such different worlds - that’s the real reward. Transline Technologies Limited, Arun Gupta
