- [Instructor] So one of the most underappreciated and significant but forgotten areas of the investment markets is municipal securities. I started my career in municipal bonds, and so they've always kind of held a special place in my heart. But let me talk to you a little bit about municipal bonds. So I'm here at the MSRB website. Now the MSRB at msrb.org is the Municipal Securities Ruling Board, and this is really the parallel to FINRA, the Financial Industry National Regulatory Authority. MSRB essentially oversees the municipal bond markets, and their website is a great resource if you're interested in muni bonds or if you want to kind of learn more. And in particular, one tool that they have available is from EMMA. So EMMA is Electronic Municipal Market Access. And essentially what this does is it keeps track of all trades in municipal bonds over time.
